I distinctly remember my grandma’s Mac ‘n Cheese. I’ve tried to make it many times and while the versions I come up with are pretty good, there was just something about Grandma’s version that stands out in my head. Maybe it was because I was 6, or maybe it’s because it was made with love. Photographer Gabriele Galimberti has catalogued some of the world’s grandmas cooking with love. Really interesting how the women of different cultures present themselves and their dishes in front of a camera.
