Recipe

  • Enough water to submerge the poultry of your choice.
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Tablespoon of whole black peppercorns
  • A bit of lemon juice πŸ‹
  • 1 clove
  • Fresh thyme and rosemary sprigs
  • bayleaves

Boil for at least 5 min so everything dissolves together and the flavors from the vegetables start to pull into the water. Turn off the heat after 5 min of boiling.Β Let cool completely before submerging the bird. πŸ¦ƒ
